2. Information in the app

Information you enter may include client and property details, roof sections and measurements, outlines, repair locations, photos and annotations, areas that could not be inspected, priorities, recommended actions, estimated costs, contractor profile details, and generated report revisions.

RepairAtlas stores inspection data locally on your device. The app does not require you to submit inspection records through this website. You control the information you choose to add to an inspection.

3. Sharing, exports, and backups

When you preview, generate, share, export, or print a report, the report may contain the inspection information you entered. If you share it with another person or service, that recipient or service handles the copy you send under its own practices.

RepairAtlas also offers backup and restore for locally stored data. You choose when to create a backup and where to keep or share it using the options available on your device. Protect backup files and exported reports because they can contain client, property, and inspection details.

4. Website and support

This promotional website does not include an account sign-in, contact form, analytics scripts, or advertising trackers. It does not ask you to upload inspection data. Standard hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as an IP address and request details to deliver and protect the site.

If you email support@valioralabs.com, we receive the email address and information you choose to send. We use it to respond to your request and keep it only as long as reasonably needed for support and related obligations. Please avoid sending sensitive client information unless it is necessary for your request.

5. Other services

The App Store, your device operating system, email provider, printing service, and any destinations you choose for exports or backups may process information under their own privacy policies. Their handling of that information is outside this website and the locally stored inspection record.

6. Your choices and data retention

You can manage the inspection information and report revisions stored in RepairAtlas through the app. Removing local data or the app from your device does not automatically remove copies you previously exported, shared, printed, or backed up; those copies must be managed where you saved or sent them.
